Philip is a litigation and trial attorney who focuses on helping small and mid-size businesses and their owners reach the best possible outcome in real estate, banking, and construction disputes. Philip’s focus is construction lawsuits – liens, lien litigation, and contract performance disputes – but he also concentrates on real estate, fraud, contract, and probate litigation and fiduciary duty claims. Philip also advises clients with transactions involving these.
Philip is licensed in all Texas state Courts, Houston’s Southern District federal Court and before Texas Courts of Appeal.
Philip is a sixth-generation Texan and Texas Hill Country native. He attended Texas State University for his undergraduate degree and South Texas College of Law for his law degree. Philip and his wife settled in Houston and have two children. Philip’s free time is spent with his active family.
