Philip regularly represents small and mid-size businesses and their owners in the real estate, banking, and construction industries in fraud, contract, fiduciary duty, and other litigation/lawsuit claims. Philip is a hands-on litigator with direct experience writing and arguing motions, getting discovery, deposing witnesses, negotiating great resolutions, and trying cases. Philip also advocates for clients before Texas Courts of Appeal. Philip is licensed in all Texas state Courts and Houston’s Southern District federal Court. Along with representing clients in Court, Philip also represents clients with their transactions and advises them on the best path to keep them out of Court.
Philip is a sixth-generation Texan and Texas Hill Country native. He attended Texas State University for his undergraduate degree and South Texas College of Law for his law degree. Philip and his wife settled in Houston and have two children. Philip’s free time is spent with his active family.
